Celebration Time Week Five

Our great learners this week!  Well done Sophie R for a bronze medal for mathletics this week. 

Cupcake Day

On Friday the Student Council held a Cupcake Day where the students had to decorate a cupcake. They had to donate a gold coin and all money raised went to the SPCA. 

Mini Olympics

Today, Monday 22nd August we combined with Glenham School to have a Mini Olympics Afternoon organised by Mrs Jane Muir.  It was a fantastic afternoon with the children in teams named after a country, participating in eight different events.

Our MVP is Luke who demonstrates our school value of Tohungatanga - Excellence. Luke is a great role model who is always trying to do his best.

Sports Activator

This term we have Stu Kent coming in to take us for some physical education lessons.

Paper Mache

This term we are joining up with Team Pukeko for some afternoons to make paper mache money boxes in the form of animals.
