Classroom blog: epsteamtui.blogspot.co.nz   Teacher email: jodie@edendaleps.school.nz Week Three Term Three     Dear Parents Thank you to the four helpers we have had so far with our BBQ sausage sizzle.  This week we will not have one due to Teachers Only Day. Homework this week. Reading – Every night. Please sign your child’s reading log at the back of their homework book.  Those children who read every night (Mon-Thurs) and once during the weekend (Fri-Sun) will earn a Subway reading certificate with a coupon for a free Kids Meal at the end of the term. Maths – Basic facts and Mathletics. Spelling – Children will have spelling words to learn this week and they are to put their words into sentences with the focus on correct punctuation e.g. full stops, capital letters, question marks, exclamation marks or speech marks. Due to Teachers Only Day on Friday, we will do our testing next Monday. Teachers Only Day – No school. This is on Friday.  The teachers are having some student management training and will be here at school learning all about this. Sports Activator We have our sports activator on Tuesday.
