Week One Term Three

What a great start to the term we had last week.
For maths we were measuring things that were a meter long and then we measured out the length of some dinosaurs on the netball court.

We then measured body parts.

For our inquiry we went looking around the school to identify some needs that we could help with. We found a lot, but after discussing them as a class we realised some of the needs we identified were actually wants!  Our next step is to refine our list and focus on the needs we can really help with and create a plan of action to achieve this.

  2. Pretty Cool team Tui. Did you know your height is the same length as from one hand across your body to your other hand? Your neck is the same width and your waist and your foot is the same length as your heal of your hand to the inside of your elbow - pretty cool aye?
