On Tuesday we had some exciting news from Amber Carnie that she had won the Southland Machinery Colouring Competition that we all entered.
Also we have been busy using our research skills to find out about a sea creature so we can then write a report about it. So for writing we have been looking at examples of reports and creating a success criteria of what a good report should have. These will be published over the next two weeks for others to read.
Today (Friday) we had some AMAZING cupcake decorations brought to school. Dylan Adams was the winner in Team Tui, but they were all awesome and the student council had a tough time deciding.
Some children in Team Tui have also achieved one of their goals for this year. An awesome effort!!!

ReplyDeleteGood job Team Tui. I enjoyed seeing all your cupcakes. The tractor that Amber won was amazing. It even had smoke coming out of the chimney. It is encouraging to see so many of your reaching your goals for 2013. We are the school 'Where Dreams Begin...'
